Key Responsibilities
• Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate and set up machines (e.g., bag machines, printers) to precise specifications, loading raw materials like plastic film or paper rolls.
• Production Monitoring & Quality Control: Inspect finished bags for defects (tears, misprints, poor seals) and ensure proper size and strength.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor, fast repairs to minimize downtime.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and safety documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
