This devotional pendant is signed by Ruffony, a documented French medalist active during the 1920s–1950s. His work blends Art Deco and Art Nouveau elements, and pieces like this were sold in Paris, Lourdes, Lyon, and other pilgrimage centers.
Many French medals of this era were cast in 800–900 silver and left unmarked, even though they are real silver. The sculptural detail, floral reverse, and non-magnetic behavior are consistent with authentic mid-20th-century continental silver.
