We are currently seeking a motivated, personable Associate Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, respected practice with a loyal patient base and a supportive, collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of general dentistry
• Be comfortable performing molar endodontics
• Have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly explain and recommend treatment plans
• Be approachable, patient-focused, and committed to building strong, trust-based relationships
• Thrive in a private practice setting that values quality care over volume
