I found this amazing, handmade table in an old house built in 1920. Whoever made it clearly aspired to create a quality piece. The top is constructed of tongue and grove, the legs are 4x4s and the cross members are attached using carriage bolts and square nuts. It has lots of character including tool marks, wood putty and paint stains on the top. Its simple construction gives it a primitive or folk art feel. Truly a one of a kind piece.
