I upgraded the brakes, tires, battery, had the yellow parts powder coated, put a real handlebar on, etc.
Doesn’t come with a battery and I’m confident in saying the motors are shot, so this scooter is being sold for parts only.
Does not currently operate. Will not come with a battery.
