Really need the help, willing to pay up 20% interest, will recalculate the schedule. Let's at least meet to talk.
Hi, my name is Alan and I am on disability, retired and on fixed income. Included is an annuity that pays $1,500 per month for 15 years (13 left) and then a lump sum payment. This payment will be paid at the end of the 15 year period or upon my death. I hope it is the later as I want to be around. This annuity is a Worker's Compensation settlement and I was given about 10 minutes to decide how to set it up or risk it being withdrawn. After more than four years of haggling, I did not want to wait any longer.
I should have taken all over the 15 year annuity period but was advised to sign off the agreement or risk going to court and to save something for the end. I now regret this decision for a large final payment and should have insisted on taking the entire amount over the annuity period.
In the last few years I have had three surgeries and spent 6 months in a wheelchair. With all this going on my wife had a minor stroke from the stress and physical effort taking care of me. The medical bills have been tremendous and I am trying to pay all of them and be current with all. This month she had back surgery, a fusion of the vertebrae in the lower back.
The annuity cannot be sold but I would like to find a private lender of $10,000 to $20,000 to be paid back with the $1,000 monthly payment until the balance is paid to you, with interest. I will pay $1,000 per month for 12 months per $10,000 borrowed.
Yes, I can show the details of the annuity (Pacific Life) and show my monthly deposits in the bank that will be transferred to your bank until you receive full payment for the loan.
I have lived at my home in Sun City for over 9 years, I am not going anywhere.
Please do not contact me if you are not somewhat local to Southern California and we can meet or talk at least. I have been getting contacted from Nigeria, South America, The Congo and you know what those are, scams.
Send an email and I will send the payment schedule. Want your attorney to draw up the papers, fine with me. I will add a small amount to the loan to cover the costs.
