Siggy's #2 is hiring servers/cashiers to join our team. We are a family owned restaurant that has been around for many years and is well known in the Temecula area.
Our ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, are excellent multi-tasker, team players, punctual and reliable.
DUTIES:
-Greet all customers as they enter the restaurant and thank them for coming in as they leave
-Be attentive and available to take customer's order when they are ready
-Guide customers during ordering process (i.e. asking if they want to make it a combo).
-Delivering food to tables and getting whatever else customers need
-Clean & restock restaurant throughout shift (multitasking is a must)
-Work efficiently and effectively and contribute evenly to each shifts.
-Complete assigned side job by end of shift
-Ability to learn to perform effectively in multiple positions (i.e. drive-thru, serving, work flow, stock)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Weekends and Holidays are MANDATORY
-OPEN AVAILABILITY
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A MIX OF BOTH Morning (ex. 8:00-2:00) AND Evening (ex. 4:00PM-9:00)
-Prior experience in restaurant strongly preferred (but willing to train the right candidates)
-Great memorization skills (we have a very large menu)
-Comfortable with learning our server system (Maitre D)
-Quick learner
