Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and staff performance. We are open 7 days a week for Lunch and Dinner.
Manager working hours: 11:00 am - 9:30 pm
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth daily functions.
Lead staff training and development initiatives to uphold service standards and enhance team skills across food preparation, customer service, and food safety protocols.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control in cooking, food handling, and presentation aligned with health regulations.
Monitor inventory control and food management procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS system TOAST (or similar) Willing to train.
Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers directly to address feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
Must know Toast Pos system or similar system (we will train.)
Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and culinary operations with relevant supervisory experience.
Familiarity with POS system TOAST (will train); experience with cash handling is essential.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training & development, and supervising diverse teams.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and hospitality management.
Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes effectively.
