Lead Steward - Must be able to train and guide others in department. Must have an understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Also, have the ability to perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
Responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies are properly washed, rinsed and sanitized. Some prep work also assigned, if knife skills are present. We are a busy establishment, so we are looking for the best in the dish crew.
