**Cook / Server (Full-Time)**

**Pay:** $16.90 per hour

Nigeria Breeze Restaurant is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Cook/Server to join our growing team! If you enjoy cooking, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
### Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
* Prep ingredients for daily service, including cutting vegetables, seasoning meats, and portioning food.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep area, and dining area.
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
* Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
* Accurately process orders and assist customers with menu questions.
* Package take-out orders carefully and accurately.
* Wash dishes and keep workstations clean throughout the shift.
* Restock food, supplies, and beverages as needed.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
* Work as a team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
### Qualifications
* Previous restaurant, cooking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Weekend availability is required.
