Now Hiring: Experienced Grill Cook for High-Volume Steakhouse
Flat Top Bar & Grill is seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our fast-paced, high-end steakhouse kitchen in Riverside.
We are known for premium steaks, high standards, and consistency, and we are looking for cooks who take pride in their craft and can perform under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 4+ years experience as a line cook
• Strong experience cooking steaks on a grill
• Must know all steak temperatures and proper doneness
• Ability to handle high-volume service without slowing down the line
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation at all times
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
👉 If you cannot cook steaks to proper temperature during a rush, this position is not a fit.
