🍳 What You’ll Do:
Lead and support the line during high-volume dinner service
Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and speed
Follow and uphold the Rustik Forks vision and kitchen standards
Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety at all times
Help maintain a positive, high-energy kitchen environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of line cook experience (lead experience preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – ¡Se habla español!
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Deep understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Passion for organic, high-quality ingredients
Flexible schedule with availability for dinner shifts
Ready to start immediately
