Our fast paced Italian restaurant is looking for a sauté cook with at least 2 years current working experience. The sauté cooks responsibilities include preparing meats, chicken, fish and vegetables as needed to meet the restaurant orders .The sauté station as one of the busiest in the restaurant and requires the cook to be able to keep track of multiple main and side dishes at the same time.
Responsibilities also include making sure the station is stocked with adequate pans , side towels and prepared ingredients , while maintaining a clean and sanitized work station throughout the service
