This is the Simpson 260 meter, specifically the 6XLPM lab model. Used extensively throughout the world in electronics labs and by professional technicians.
Very sensitive meter, will not load your circuit in any way. 20,000 ohms per volt resistance/isolation. Handles up to 5 amps, from micro volts to 600 volts AC or DC, with over 20 modes of measurements. Very sensitive and accurate.
Unlike digital meter displays, this meter does not 'round off' readings. You see your exact reading, and can easily increase sensitivity to display very precise micro readings.
Features a precision analog meter for measuring positive/negative voltages. Accepts an Amp Clamp. This is a premium and professional test instrument for all electrical/electronic applications.
These are going for over $600 online for this condition. You can find beat up ones for less than $100 --- good luck with that.
