We are a growing carbide cutting tool manufacturer seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and customers. This role focuses on order processing, customer support, and sales follow-up with distributors and end users in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
Process quotes, orders, and follow-ups
Support outside sales representatives
Maintain customer records and CRM data
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Communicate lead times, pricing, and product information
Qualifications:
1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience (manufacturing or tooling preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of machining or cutting tools is a plus
