Customer Service Agent - Bilingual English/Spanish (Temecula)

compensation: $14 - $15 per hour DOE
employment type: full-time

We are in search of several Customer Service Representatives to assist our clients. MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

We are a growing Southern California Medicare Insurance Agency that is family owned. We offer growth potential for those who are looking for a career.


Previous experience working with Medicare Insurance, handling high volume calls or previous telephonic customer service experience is a huge plus.

Must have:
Patience
Organizational skills
Have basic computer skills
The ability to work fast & stay focused
The ability to multi-task
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Some overtime and possible Saturdays may be required.
