We are hiring a dependable and proactive Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position. This role involves handling a high volume of customer communication across phone, live chat, email, and social media. You will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, answering product questions, making recommendations, and ensuring a smooth overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers in real time
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, issue resolution, and outreach
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely manner
Manage and reply to messages on social media platforms
Help customers with order status, tracking, and any issues with their purchase
Provide clear and accurate product recommendations
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong reliability and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable handling phone, chat, and email-based customer service
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred (Not Required)
Basic knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn quickly
Experience in call centers or e-commerce support
