Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking 5-6 experienced Call Center Representatives. Must have 1+ years of experience answering inbound and outbound calls.
The successful candidate must have experience:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
- Take full ownership for effectively solving Customer Issues, complaints and inquiries, along with follow up.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Document all conversations in the call center customized data base in a comprehensible format and wording.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Pay Rate $14.00
- Shift- 1:00 pm-9:30 pm.
- Previous experience in a customer support role in Call Center environment
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Data Entry (alpha and numeric) Typing 40+wpm.
