This is really a gorgeous dress. It is sassy and sleek, with turquoise sparkle and attitude. The material is made of heavy stretch and soft black netting. The beads are turquoise and black. The skirt is tight, and then flares out at the bottom in a dramatic swirl. It has never been worn. Cost nearly $400 new.

I have a black and red one as well that doesn't have tags for less. All the last pictures are of the red one.
