2+ years experience in accounts payable.
2-3 years Quickbooks experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational ability and data entry skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.
Calculate and post accounts payable transactions; process invoices and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records; provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
Credit card expense data entry and job costing.
Maintain e-filing of all invoices and company credit card receipts.
Online banking daily downloads and reconciling unmatched transactions.
