The home is very clean and quiet in a good area. Located approximately 15 min. from rcc and ucr and mt san jacinto. I am looking for someone, who like my self is responsible and professional,. There are very few house rules- mutual respect is in most cases enough. Overnight guests here and there are ok no drugs . smoking outside ok. I am laid back openminded person ,You'd have your own peronal bath and access to the entire house - including, kitchen , dining, outdoor areas, and laundry room. I would like a month-to-month lease, but looking for someone long -term.
