The principal responsibility of a District Manager is to handle and oversee the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the 5 Casey's Cupcakes retail locations. The manager is responsible for managing the product inventory, sales staff, training, product placement/retail displays, client transactions, marketing, setting guidelines and policies, performance indicators, promoting consistency and maintaining operating standards set by ownership. Most importantly, maintaining an uncompromising personalized service to our customers is our highest priority. Apart from product and customer relationships, the manager will also has to take care of the interests of the associates of the retail team, as they are the ones who are in direct contact with the our clients.
The District Manager's duties and responsibilities include projecting/maintaining a set standard as well as a positive public image of the Casey's Cupcakes brand to its customers. The manager acts as the link between the associates and Ownership, communicating the organizational goals. Due to the nature of the retail and food & beverage industry, this position will require the individual to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Previous experience in multiple quick service restaurant (QSR) or retail locations is required. Knowledge of Micros a plus.
