Part-Time Personal Assistant for Home Based Tax Preparation Business
compensation: $8 per hour plus mileage reimbursement for deliveries and special assignements.
Must be able to be professional as contact with clients will be required. Needs to be detail oriented and an organizational guru. The individual must be able to learn quickly and be able to multi-task. Must have a car and be local. Mileage will be reimbursed on top of pay.
This is a part time job for a home based office so some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:
Running Errands (Picking up supplies/making deposits/picking up dry-cleaning) Etc.
Making Appointments and calling clients back.
Delivering Paperwork to clients if needed.
Tidying up the office.
Picking up food.
Quick-books, MS Office and Income Tax knowledge a plus but not required.
Like I mentioned, this is a home-based office so it is not your typical office assistant job. More of a personal assistant with tasks being assigned as need be.
