********** Solar Marketing Manager Needed **********

Objective:
Responsible primarily for increasing the number of active clients and total revenues through the promotion of the Company's products/services and consumer value proposition. Core responsibilities include business to business, B2B marketing campaign development, setup, monitoring and optimization, strategic accounts management, as well as consumer marketing and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Field Marketing Team in product promotion and sale activities
• Develop Home Shows.
• Always having ideas and creating leads for sales staff
• Develop field marketing plans for improving sale and profitability
• Assist the team in planning and scheduling appointments, industry meetings, and marketing campaigns
• Tracking and Logging appointments set by the Field Marketing Team
• Following up on current and past Leads
• Responsible for Training and Hiring and Termination decisions
• Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities
• Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands
• Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth
• Provide our Sales Management Team with reports and recommendations to continually improve the performance of our sales efforts
• Acquire leads via retail sales techniques, engage, qualify, and excite the customer
• Maintain marketing collateral in displays
• Must complete accurate, timely and daily recap reports
• Must consistently meet quota
• Developing, executing and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns aimed at growing overall client base
• Tracking and monitoring B2B marketing campaigns within company's CRM system
• Managing B2C consumer marketing and funnel optimization
• Ensuring continuity between B2B and B2C marketing efforts
• Maintaining and developing sales collateral and trade materials for sales reps and account managers
• Give ongoing suggestions for operational cost savings

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the solar industry
• Specific experience with email marketing techniques and best practices
• Experienced with Salesforce or comparable CRM software
• Strong communication, analytical, influencing and problem resolution techniques
• Experienced in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Highly organized self-starter
• Outside sales related experience
• Must be highly computer literate with Salesforce experience a plus
• Solar sales experience a plus
• In-home sales experience a plus
• Consumer and/or retail sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
