•	Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.<br>

•	Ability to help eligible employees both in person and over the phone to complete any enrollment forms for 401(k), loan applications, medical insurance, and other benefit enrollment forms. <br>
<br>
•	Keeps records of benefit plan participation such as insurance and 401(k), personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.<br>
<br>
•	Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.  Requires good working knowledge of 401(k), current benefits offered, and COBRA eligibility; open enrollment periods and requirements, and other basic retirement and benefit plan information. Works with TPA’s on day to day inquiries and issues.<br>
<br>
•	Reviews and processes 401(k), benefits and other forms to be sent to pension plan administrators, enters in database for upload to Health Benefit Administrators on a timely basis, or send to insurance companies; contacts employees if forms are incomplete or questionable. <br>
<br>
•	Responsible for auditing billing from each of the insurance carriers on a monthly basis. Auditing must be completed and communicated within specified timeframes. Must be able to reconcile monthly billing from all carriers, TPA’s and brokers either in writing or via online service by deadline each entity has established. Must work with all facilities in tracking all new hires, changes and terminations and submit to all carriers and TPA’s by established deadlines. <br>

•	Responsible for developing, maintaining and ordering supplies of personnel forms, employee handbooks, benefit summaries, insurance forms and directories for central services and facility use.<br>
<br>
•	Assemble new hire and benefit packages using knowledge of differences in hiring, handbook or benefit plan differences in various locations. Assist sales team with off location hiring process. Will be responsible for assisting with open enrollment process each plan year at all facilities. Will be responsible for gathering all employee materials during open enrollment and timely and accurately processing. Will be responsible for developing or revising open enrollment material for accurately communicating any revised benefit information to employees. <br>
<br>
•	Work with facilities to maintain and keep current the leave of absence roster and insure all insurance payments are collected and applied timely. Insure that all facilities are communicating appropriate leave information to employees.<br>
<br>
•	Assist Human Resource Director with HR related projects, current goals, employee communications, facility related projects, etc.<br>
<br>

Provide Human Resource Client Management support for designated client companies ranging from 10-200+ worksite employees (Senior positions to manage larger clients). Ensure client satisfaction and delivery of World Class Service, resulting in excellent client satisfaction survey ratings. Meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of clients. Establish and maintain effective relationships with the clients to gain their trust and respect. Act as a business partner, by effectively communicating the value of all ADP Total Source services in helping clients achieve their business goals and objectives. Coordinate activities and facilitate timely delivery of services and projects to the client in all functional areas to include: payroll, 401K, benefits, employee relations, training and development, legal and compliance.<br>
Client Relations Management: Consult with clients and evaluate worksite needs in regards to HR services and proactively develop, implement and deliver service plans which capture client’s objectives for the year. Follow through on deliverables identified on the Service plans which will directly impact the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of client companies. On an annual basis, recap for clients all activities completed on their behalf, discuss goals and objectives for upcoming year and deliver on Service plan. Actively communicate with clients and schedule on-site client visits to ensure appropriate utilization of ADP Total Source HR services. Evaluate and review pricing and billing inquiries with client.<br>

Qualifications:<br>
•	5+ years HR experience including involvement with employee relations, compensation analysis and training.<br>
•	Posses an understanding of the business and quickly learn the organization’s strategy and industry. <br>
•	Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change.<br>
•	Experience with generating and analyzing HR reports <br>
•	Strong client service experience, ability to handle multiple clients. <br>
•	Present ideas and programs as well as problem resolutions to all levels of executives and business owners with confidence. <br>
•	Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion/negotiation skills a plus.<br>
•	Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) required.<br>
