  Description of Duties:

·        Lead a group of approximately 25 middle school students in an instructional setting, maintaining high standards for behavior and safety by implementing the THINK Together four core agreements:

·        Develop and implement enrichment activities that reflect the needs and interests of the students in the program.

·        The ability to communicate and collaborate with other after-school staff, classroom teachers, administrators, parents, and community members is essential.

·        Support students in making positive behavior choices and take disciplinary measures when appropriate.

      Requirements:

14. Identifies and refers children with special needs to parents and the Child Development Center Director; mainstreams children with special needs into other classrooms.
