Large, spacious, private guesthouse available 8/2/08.  This is close to a 1000 sq ft house with one attached wall.

Here's what you get:

• Private entrance and residence.

• kitchen and dining area (fridge included)

• bedroom with double closets

• living room

• bathroom (no tub, just a shower)

• Your own lawn and garden shed (we pay for the gardener to mow the lawn)

• We provide for all utilities including wireless internet and cable except for electricity (about $25-$100 depending on your use).

Here's what's optional:

• Pool and spa

• Horse facilities:

• We have a 48X48 covered barn, 6 ft high panels covered with stud wire.  This is divided into 12X20, 12X24 (which can be converted to a 24X24), and a 20X24.  All pens have automatic water.

• We also have a 60X40 turnout pen (also 6' high with studwire) and an attached 24X24. 

• My Family has x3 horses, so we have room for up to 2 more horses

• No room for a horse trailer.

Terms:  $1000/mo + $1000 dep.  No less than $1500 to move in.

Lifestyle:

• We have extended family bbq's about 2x per year, but are mostly quiet and are looking for the same.

• No dogs (sorry, we are already at the legal limit).

• This is Norco, so you must like animals.

• No smoking inside the Apt.
